1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MOOLZEN LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership incorporated in India (LLPIN: ADA-3946, RoC Patna), with registered office at Vill Kuretha, Block Mansahi, Kuretha, Katihar, Bihar, India — 854107.

By accessing or using the Moolzen website (moolzen.com), mobile applications, or simulated trading tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Educational & Virtual Simulation Disclaimer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Moolzen is strictly an educational paper-trading simulator. No real money or real financial assets are traded or held.

All currency balances, portfolios, coins, and leaderboard rankings on Moolzen are virtual instruments with no real monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for legal tender.

Moolzen LLP is not a SEBI-registered broker, portfolio manager, or investment advisor. No content or AI insights on Moolzen constitute financial advice.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to access the platform. You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and keep your account credentials confidential.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated trading bots on simulation leaderboards, reverse engineer our application, or harass other community members.

5. Subscriptions & Digital Purchases

Moolzen offers optional premium features. All fees are clearly stated prior to purchase. In-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through certified app store providers or authorized gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, animations, audio, and platform software code remain the proprietary intellectual property of MOOLZEN LLP.

7. Account Deletion & Termination

You may request account deletion anytime at moolzen.com/delete-account or by emailing contact@moolzen.com. We will delete all personal records within 7 to 14 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Katihar / Patna, Bihar, India.
